Natt Group operates through three core pillars: Natt Safety Services, Northern Academy (a Private Career College), and Natt Personnel. Together, they provide complete safety solutions—from training and certification to on-site support, including Confined Space Rescue specialists—while covering all staffing requirements.

We are expanding our pool of Skilled Labourers to join our team to work on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work in all weather conditions. Applicants must hold a valid G-Class driver’s license and have flexible availability to accommodate changing scheduling needs. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
• Criminal record check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, or weekends as needed
• Physically fit and able to handle demanding outdoor work
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety

Responsibilities:

• Perform snow removal using shovels, plows, and other equipment
• Assist with general site maintenance and manual labor tasks
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow safety protocols and company policies
