Natt Group operates through three core pillars: Natt Safety Services, Northern Academy (a Private Career College), and Natt Personnel. Together, they provide complete safety solutions—from training and certification to on-site support, including Confined Space Rescue specialists—while covering all staffing requirements.

We are adding to our staff pool and looking for Labourers who are interested in working as Confined Space Rescue and Confined Space Attendant. Training will be provided for the role, previous experience is not required, though knowledge of the mining industry is an asset. Positions are available to support a four-week shutdown in May 2026, on an as-needed basis, with multiple openings. Applicants must hold a valid G-Class driver’s licence, have flexible availability to adapt to changing schedules, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the hazards associated with confined space entry, including means of exposure (e.g., inhalation or dermal absorption).
• Recognize signs, symptoms, and consequences of exposure, ensuring timely and appropriate response.
• Maintain effective communication procedures with attendants and alert them to hazardous or prohibited conditions.
• Properly use and understand personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
• Exhibit professionalism, effective communication, and reporting skills.
• Ensure cleanliness of company vehicles and trailers.
• Maintain a clean-shaven appearance.
• Comfortably work in tight spaces and at heights.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, including daily timesheets.
• Adhere to site-specific rules, policies, and expectations outlined in the Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
• Wear full high-visibility PPE, including safety boots, gloves, glasses, and respirators when required.
