Natt Safety Services is looking for a skilled and passionate Contract Safety Trainer with specific expertise in Confined Space Entry, Awareness, Attendant, and Rescue. As a key member of our training team, you’ll work independently while collaborating with NATT Safety Services to deliver engaging, compliant, and industry-relevant safety programs, with a primary focus on confined space safety and rescue.

Primary Training Focus:

• Confined Space Entry & Awareness
• Confined Space Attendant Duties
• Confined Space Rescue Procedures

Additional Training Areas (as needed):

• Working at Heights (Initial & Refresher)
• Forklift Operation
• Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP)
• Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC)
• First Aid / CPR (Standard Certification)
• 0–8 Ton Mobile Crane Operation
• Lock-out/Tag-out, Respiratory Protection, and other related topics

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Must possess the physical fitness to effectively run scenarios with participants
• Strong experience facilitating with adults.
• Practical knowledge of confined space equipment and protocols
• Valid certifications to instruct confined space programs
• Experience delivering training in industrial and/or construction settings
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Additional Requirements:

• Meets all legal requirements for independent contracting (e.g., liability insurance, HST number)
• Access to training equipment (e.g., harnesses, rescue gear, CPR mannequins)
• Laptop and projector for course delivery
• Familiarity with NATT Safety Services training content is an asset (training provided)
