Valid AZ licence, Current Drivers Abstract, CVOR, Criminal record check, Fast card, One year of verified driving, Canada/US run.

Pay rate is $50.35 /hr for drive time and on duty not driving $38.35 hr. U.S premium $2.00 per hour (Drive time).
