Natt Group operates through three core pillars: Natt Safety Services, Northern Academy (a Private Career College), and Natt Personnel. Together, they provide complete safety solutions—from training and certification to on-site support, including Confined Space Rescue specialists—while covering all staffing requirements.

We are creating a pool of qualified skilled trades professionals and are currently hiring Truck & Coach Mechanics at all levels of experience, licensed mechanics, registered apprentices, and recent Truck & Coach program graduates.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on trucks, coaches, and related equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Complete required documentation and follow company safety procedures
• Work scheduled shifts and respond to priorities as assigned
• Collaborate with other mechanics and supervisors to ensure equipment readiness

Qualifications

• Licensed Truck & Coach Mechanic, Apprentice, or recent graduate accepted
• Previous mechanical experience is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license: preferred and considered an asset
• Provide a criminal record check
• Complete drug and alcohol testing as part of the hiring process
